Our technicians are highly-trained and do their best to inform you of contributing factors, their strategy to eliminate the issue, and any preventative measures for future occurrences.
Serfco will implement an Integrated Pest Management “IPM” service. IPM is an approach to pest control that utilizes physical, mechanical, cultural, biological, and educational tactics to keep pest populations low enough to prevent damage or annoyance. Several pests require more attention as they are more difficult to eradicate. Depending on the pest problem, Serfco has a detailed IPM service to cater to your specific needs.
Along with your service we include several complimentary services. We observe your structure’s exterior and attempt to seal any entry points that rodents may have to enter. If applicable, we will place rodent bait in attics, crawls, and elsewhere to prevent a rodent population from starting. Along with your service, we do our best to remove spider webs and wasp nests within reach. The aesthetics of your home is as important to us as it is to you.
